My Morning Mantra*

"Don't let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it. The time will pass anyway; we might just as well put that passing time to the best possible use."
- Earl Nightingale

*I get this inspirational (sometimes just tooo corny) "Morning Mantra" e-mailed to me every, well, morning! This was today's.

Does this mean it is okay spend endless amounts of time doing nothing of any value whatsoever? I hope so! It's my spesh-ee-alitay

Hmm, that's one interpretation!

Sorry ;-)

Krisin Coach is cool. I considered becoming a life coach at one point. Looks like she is making a really good go of it.

Thanks for stopping by my site and leaving a message. (The Cuba comments are misplaced responses to another thread).

And good luck on Sunday. First marathons are always special, and the Marine Corps Marathon is consistently rated as a top race. I'm sure you've heard it a hundred times, and one more won't hurt. Just have fun. First races are all about finishing and enjoying yourself.

And then, you'll be one of those runners you commented about being unable to relate to.

Good luck in the race!

ooh, I love this quote. especially because I frequently think, oh, if only I had started this six months ago, I'd already be so much farther along.

Good luck with your Marathon. I'm sure you'll do great; you already know you can go the distance. I'm actually envying you having a marathon to look forward to, instead of back on. Can't wait to read your race report--wear that finisher's medal with pride!
