Ta-Da!!!

I biked 45 miles saturday and did a triathlon this morning, but those reports will have to wait because some of you are RELENTLESS about the state of my living room. So without further ado, here is the AFTER photo. Wait, should we look at the BEFORE again? Lets!
Before!

After! Look, it's a metrosexual couch! Thank you Craig Newmark!

So tidy!

Stay tuned!

Lovely! She did a great job. Just for the record, I depend on my NOD to decorate my house, too.

okay, it's tidier, but i'm not sure the after guys would make good fort components. some cushions are too long and would need propping, esp after the bankies are draped.

and the befores are also better for jumping from one to the other.

i guess you have made the commitment to put your jumping and fort-making shoes aside. sniff. you're growing up.

when you're a little older, i'll give you the talk about your monthly flower.

What fun before and afters. Tell your daughter she can come do my living room any time she wants. :D Now about those 45 miles...?

Wow, the room looks a lot bigger. She knows her stuff!

And I don't see anything wrong with that TV. We still have an 20+ yr old TV with knobs and rabbit ears. We only recently got one of those snazzy flat screen TVs, and not a big one, because our other TV broke and we wanted something that we could plug our computers and watch movies from that (since we don't have cable or satellite).
