Dextro Energy Sprint Tri Results

Mood: Overall happy, although I REALLY thought my swim time would have improved more, given all the swim torture I've been going thru. Still, I pretty much hit all my goal times. Afterwards, I volunteered at the Men's ITU championship race and got to see a LOT of hawt men going very fast. Photos and excruciating details in my next post!

Ooh, how exciting to race on that course! I was watching online today, and it just looked like a blast!

Gotta get some practice in transitions, girl! You can save yourself 4-5 minutes there!

Look at that bike split! That is awesome! I'm not sure I've ever had a bike split that fast - no kidding. Proud of you, Jeanne! Well done!

You did great! We do need some T1 transition help! Mine was 5:18! What in the hell was I doing for 5 minutes?
Thanks for being such a support!

Jeanne, that *IS* a huge improvement in swim times. But I know what you're saying ... seems like we should be way faster given the torture, I mean, work we've been putting in.

Congrats on your race!!

I'd just like to point out that you had a 16 minute PR on a short little sprint. That is HUGE! And 10 sec/100M is also huge. Try swimming a moderate 100 in the pool and then speed it up by 10 seconds and you'll see what I mean. Not easy.
