or swim, or bike ... but doing it anyway.
woohooo!!! congrats on your insanity!!
Congratulations on getting in. There used to be a time when you didn't have to "race" against the clock just to get a number, but those times are over, I suppose. If I weren't doing Chicago this fall, I'd join you. Done MCM twice and really love it, even Haines Point.
Did you go shopping while you registered?
Awesome! Congratulations! Looking forward to your updates as you count down the days!
We will suffer together. But I admit, I am looking forward to eating more, now that I'm back in training ....
Congratulations! Happy training.
Congratulations! So what is the RBF tally for that marathon now?
You don't know what you're in for ;-)
Is it true that some marines propel down from a helicopter at the start of the race and then run in full gear? That's the rumor I heard. Crazy, crazy, crazy! (oh and sexy)
Awesome!! Makes me anxious for my own marathon on 10/22 in Chicago. :)
Cool beans, I am looking forward to following your progress.
m: it IS true! I forget what they are called but they parachute down at the start. I don't know if they are the ones who then run in full gear, but many marines do...some carrying flags the whole way. Not that i saw any of that, i was so far back...
